Delete Your Nezoola Account

You can delete your Nezoola account in two ways:
Option 1: In the App (Recommended)
- Open the Nezoola app
- Navigate to Profile > Settings
- Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm
This is the fastest method. Deletion is processed immediately.
Option 2: Request via This Page
If you no longer have the app installed, fill out the form below. We will process your request within 5 business days.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. It removes your profile, preferences, saved places, and images provided to the Service. Your reviews will be attributed to "Deleted User" to preserve place ratings.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and preferences
- All your saved places
- Your authentication credentials
- Images provided to the Service
- Your reviews are attributed to "Deleted User"
Some data may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days before full removal.
